1. Information We Collect

Oral Check Assist is a health-support app that helps users capture and review images of the oral cavity for informational risk awareness and support. It is designed with privacy in mind:

We process the photos you take or select on your device to provide the app's features. We do not transmit, upload, or store these photos or results on our servers.

• No account required: You can use the app without signing in or providing any personal information.
• No server upload of photos: Images you take or select are processed on your device only. We do not upload, store, or transmit your photos to our servers.
• No personal data collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email, or any other personal data through this app. We do not have access to your images or analysis results.
• Optional data: If you voluntarily contact us for support (e.g. by email), we will only use that information to respond to you, in line with this policy.

2. Data the App Uses

Oral Check Assist uses the following only for on-device analysis and informational support:

• Camera: Used to capture photos of your mouth for on-device analysis.
• Photo library (read): Optional; to select existing images for analysis.
• Photo library (save): Optional; to save photos to your device if you choose.

All AI analysis runs on your device. Photos and results are not sent to 3AM Wave or any third-party server.

3. App Permissions

Oral Check Assist may request:

• Camera – To take photos of the oral cavity for on-device analysis.
• Photo Library / Storage (if applicable) – To choose existing photos for analysis or to save photos to your device.

All processing is done on your device. Photos are not sent to our servers or used to identify you. You can deny these permissions; the app will explain why they are needed when it asks.

4. Data Storage

Analysis history and saved photos (if you choose to save) are stored only on your device (e.g. app storage / local database). There is no cloud backup of this data by the app. We do not have access to your results or images.

5. Third-Party Services and Sharing

Oral Check Assist does not integrate with third-party analytics or advertising services. If we add optional crash or diagnostics reporting in the future, we will update this policy and declare it in the app stores.

Sharing/export: If you choose to share a PDF report, it is generated locally and shared using your device's sharing features to apps you choose. We do not receive a copy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

7. Data Deletion

No account or server-stored data is used. Any photos and analysis history remain only on your device. You can delete them through your device's photo/camera settings or by uninstalling the app. If you have questions about data or privacy, contact us at support@3amwave.com.
